Congrats foe another feather in the cap of CEC. One day I took forward to seeing fruits of your efforts through WRD and at least have them with a functional canal monitoring system in place.

Many congratulations to you and to all colleagues and friends at CEC on receiving the UN Water for blockquotefe Best Practices Award 2013.
I was also very happy to read on the front page of The Hindu today that the BRICS summit has acknowledged “the important role that state-owned enterprises played in their economies” and resolved “to encourage them to interace with each other”. Hopefully G-WOPS and PuP will continue to grow stronger too.
